Raw Pad Thai Salad

  1. Cut the vegetables with a spiral cutter or peeler into fine strips
  2. For the dressing, peel the ginger and blend with lemon juice, soy sauce, rapeseed oil and peanut paste
  3. Add the dressing to the vegetables and season with salt and pepper
  4. Served with peanuts and black sesame
