- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Grease a mold and dust with flour. Grate 200g chocolate roughly and mix well with the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add soy milk and rapeseed oil, mix well and fill in the mold.
- Roughly rub the remaining chocolate over the dough and immediately bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes.
- The cake may still be a little damp in the middle. Allow the cake to cool briefly in the mold before serving.
