- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Grease a cake tin (17.5cm) and dust with flour. Grate 200g chocolate roughly and mix well with the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add milk and rapeseed oil, mix well and pour into the tin.
- Roughly grate the remaining chocolate over the top and immediately bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes.
- The cake should still be gooey in the middle. Allow the cake to cool briefly in the tin before serving.
