- Bring 1 litre of water to the boil. Let is cool slightly and then add the Matcha tea, taking care that the water is not more than 80 degrees. Mix very well and allow to cool.
- After cooling, add the remaining ingredients, mix well and pour into a carafe and store in the Refrigerator.
- Before use, shake the Matcha tea well, as the powder sinks. The finished tea is fine for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
