Manuka Honey and Wild Flower Muesli

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees using gas mark 4.
  2. Spread out the nuts and rolled oats on a baking tray and toast for 10-15 minutes, or until they are crunchy. Add the pumpkin seeds for the last 5 minutes.
  3. Slice the figs and set to one side.
  4. Pour your required amount of muesli into a bowl, top with yoghurt and drizzle a generous amount of Manuka honey.
  5. Sprinkle edible flowers, sliced almonds and figs as desired.
