Heat the oven up to 180°C. Prepare a baking tray with baking paper.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
Add the rapeseed oil and soya milkand stir. Add the vinegar and mix it well with a rubber spatula, as soon as the mix is combines pour intothe tray and cook in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes at 180°C. Let the base cool in the baking tray.
In the meantime bring the orange juice and sugar to boil in a small pot. Place the chocolate in a bowl, heat up the coconut milk and pour the hot milk over the chocolate; let it melt for 1 minute, than mix it well with rubber spatula.
Pour the orange juice equally over the biscuit. Spread out the marmalade on the biscuit and cover it with warm chocolate. Let it cool, than take it out of the baking tray. Cut to pieces and serve.
