- Wash, stone and cut the apricots into eighths. Place the feta cheese with the apricot on baking paper. Add the olive oil and the thyme.
- Season with salt and pepper. Make a parcel out of the baking paper with fireproof string and place it on a clay plate or a fireproof plate on the grill so that the baking paper doesn't catch fire.
- Grill on medium heat for about 10 minutes and enjoy warm.
