Feta with apricots

  1. Wash, stone and cut the apricots into eighths. Place the feta cheese with the apricot on baking paper. Add the olive oil and the thyme.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Make a parcel out of the baking paper with fireproof string and place it on a clay plate or a fireproof plate on the grill so that the baking paper doesn't catch fire.
  3. Grill on medium heat for about 10 minutes and enjoy warm.
