- Peel the carrots and soften in boiling salted water. Drain and let cool. This part of the process can be prepared the day before.
- Put the paprika, vinegar, oil and salt in a bowl, mix well to prepare the marinade.
- Cut the carrots lengthways with the peeler, directly into the sauce
- Carefully mix with the cut dill so that the strips do not break
- Arrange the marinated carrot strips on a plate or on slices of bread and decorate with dill and capers to serve.
