  1. Peel the carrots and soften in boiling salted water. Drain and let cool. This part of the process can be prepared the day before.

  3. Cut the carrots lengthways with the peeler, directly into the sauce
  4. Carefully mix with the cut dill so that the strips do not break
  5. Arrange the marinated carrot strips on a plate or on slices of bread and decorate with dill and capers to serve.
