Carrot-Horseradish Pate

  1. Peel the horseradish and grate with a fine grater into a bowl with the carrot pomace.
  2. Wash the chives, shake dry and finely chop.
  3. Add the soy mayonnaise to the carrot mixture and stir well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
