- Preheat the oven to 160C
- Add the kidney beans and beetroot to a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Stir through the vanilla paste.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar and cocoa until combined.
- Pour in the bean and beetroot mix and combine. Add in the sunflower oil and soya milk and fold in until combined.
- Spoon into a brownie tin and bake in the oven for 20-22 minutes.
