Beetroot and red bean brownies


  1. Preheat the oven to 160C
  2. Add the kidney beans and beetroot to a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Stir through the vanilla paste.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar and cocoa until combined.
  4. Pour in the bean and beetroot mix and combine. Add in the sunflower oil and soya milk and fold in until combined.
  5. Spoon into a brownie tin and bake in the oven for 20-22 minutes.
