Olive Tapenade

preparation

  1. Put the sugar and water in a small pan and slowly brown while stirring until it melts.
  2. Add the other ingredients and simmer over medium heat while stirring to a thick cream. Then place in a bowl, allow to cool briefly and store covered and chilled.
  3. Before serving, mix the cream well, arrange and garnish with the roasted sesame.
