  1. Chop the olives with the capers, until the olives are about 5x5 mm, put into a bowl and add the oregano and olive oil.
  2. Wash and finely chop the parsley and celery, squeeze in the lime juice, put everything in the olive mixture.
  3. Season to taste with a little salt and pepper.
