- Wash the aubergines, cut them in half lengthways and cut them into 1 cm wide slices.
- Make the marinade; in a bowl mix harissa, grape juice, olive oil and salt.
- Turn the aubergine slices in the marinade and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Grill the aubergine slices on the hot grill on both sides.
- Serve immediately.
