Harissa Aubergines

  1. Wash the aubergines, cut them in half lengthways and cut them into 1 cm wide slices.
  2. Make the marinade; in a bowl mix harissa, grape juice, olive oil and salt.
  3. Turn the aubergine slices in the marinade and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Grill the aubergine slices on the hot grill on both sides.
  5. Serve immediately.
