The first of our Veganuary events is a panel discussion with leading vegan experts discussing how to make a vegan lifestyle work for your body.
Joining us for the evening will be personal trainer Laurence Fountain who specialises in body transformation for vegans. Laurence will be discussing how to train successfully as a vegan and sharing tips for effective exercises and body conditioning. Alongside him will be senior lifestyle reporter for the Metro, vegan expert and fitness junkie Miranda Larbi. Miranda will be offering advice on balancing the demands of a hectic work schedule and exercise regime with a vegan diet. Sharing tips and tricks for transitioning into veganism as well as sticking at it, along with favourite recipes and anecdotes.
