Goodbye winter! Hello new uplifting dishes guaranteed to put a spring in your step! Our vegetarian and vegan menus are regularly updated to use the freshest, finest ingredients and exciting new ideas.

Some of the hero vegetables taking centre stage are courgettes, leeks and rhubarb, served many delicious ways. And we’re introducing innovative ingredients like the spelt seitan in one of our most popular dishes – Seitan Strips Zurich Style.

We’re dreaming of faraway places with new Asian inspired dishes such as Raw Pad Thai Vegetables, a fresh twist on Kimchi and the most satisfying slurp - Curry and Coconut Udon. Or our Aloo Muddai, a traditional egg and potato curry developed by out Tamil chef in Zurich.

Last but certainly not least… desserts. Our new favourites are Rhubarb-Apple Crumble and the velvety smooth Banana and Coconut Cream. And when one of our owners Reto asked his five year old son what he'd like to see on the menu, he suggested a "jelly bear salad". So we now have vegan jelly bears joining our dessert selection and we're pretty sure big kids will love them too. Thanks Dimitri!
