preparation

  1. Blanch the spinach in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, drain well and put it back into the pan.
  2. Add the tahini, soy sauce and white wine, mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan and sprinkle over the spinach.
