Carrot and Horseradish Sandwich

preparation

  1. Peel and grete the carrots. Add the chopped chives.
  2. Add the vegan soft cheese, horseradish, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  3. Toast the bread for added crispness.
  4. Spread half of the bread with the carrot-horseradish-mix and decorate with the salad leaves. Now add the top half on and enjoy.

I had this in a gluten free seeded bun when I visited Tibits restaurant in Lausanne-Gare, and I have to say it was amazingly tasty, I am not vegetarian or vegan and This has totally changed my view of meat and dairy free food!
