Samphire Salad

preparation

  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage in half and chop into 2mm strips.
  2. Halve the pepper, then quarter and cut into 3 mm thin strips.
  3. Put all vegetables together in a bowl.
  4. Just before serving, make the dressing by mixing the lemon juice, olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss the salad in the dressing and serve immediately.
