We’ll bring the seaside to you

Our summer menu is packed with vibrant, seasonal ingredients perfect for al fresco eating and light, luscious dishes.

An ingredient the kitchen team are especially excited about is seaweed and they’re using it in all sorts of delicious dishes including Saffron Spaghetti, Risotto Marinara and Carrots with Kelp Pesto.

These dishes are all guaranteed to teleport you to the beach. We source our kelp from Rathlin Island on the north coast of Ireland. And it’s a true super food - kelp has more calcium, iron and roughage than any other vegetable.
