On Saturday 28th October we are holding a cooking demonstration with leading chef Katherine Frelon to celebrate our arrival on London's Bankside.
Katherine, who has worked all over the world including in Michelin starred restaurant kitchens, will be bringing her expertise to the Bankside restaurant with a cooking demonstration of some of tibits favourite signature recipes. During the event you will be able to follow Katherine as she makes all the dishes from scratch and sample all the recipes once completed.
This is the first time we have held an event of this sort that will give our guests the opportunity to witness just how we make our dishes so tasty.
