Step inside out of the cold into tibits – described by the Daily Mail as “a refuge from the madness of Regent Street” – and relax in our comfortable lounge seating, over festive food and drink. We’ve fallen for Chef Brian’s new seasonal menu, big time – from the lovely lentil stew with smoke tofu to the Pizokel au gratin with cabbage and cheese, pineapple curry and Jerusalem artichoke quiche, which work well when served with the salsify salad or the stewed leek with white wine.

Vegging out


A recent survey conducted by tibits polling 2,000 people found that the typical adult follows government guide-
lines and eats the recommended 35 portions of fruit and vegetables every single week.

72 per cent of those questioned confessed that they love their fruit and vegetable fix, with a third claiming they would rather have fruit and vegetables as part of their main meal, than meat or fish.
