On Monday 15th June 2009 Sir Paul Mc Cartney and his daughters Mary and Stella first launched Meat Free Monday in Central London. One year on the campaign is going strong with support from celebrities like Kate Bosworth, Yoko Ono, Sophie Ellis Bextor, John Frieda and Sam Branson.

To mark the one year anniversary tibits is offering all customers a FREE glass of Kir or Bellini Prosecco with their meal. Simply quote 'Meat Free Monday' at the till today and join the celebrations!

Since its launch in 2003 non profit company City Showcase has given new and emerging artists a platform to perform their skills to a wider London audience. The likes of Amy Winehouse, Keane, Lady Sovereign, Razorlight and Scouting for Girls all kicked off their career by taking the stage during City Showcase.

Today tibits London celebrates its very 1st birthday. Thank you all for your loyal custom, we look forward to many more years together!

tibits supports the Meat Free Monday campaign, launched by Sir Paul McCartney and his daughters Stella and Mary to encourage the nation to help slow climate change by reducing their meat consumption by having at least one meat free day a week.
